<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0); font-size:22px;">篇首語(yǔ)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 孫過(guò)庭在《書譜》中分析書者對(duì)自己作品大致有兩種態(tài)度：“或有鄙其所作，或乃矜其所運(yùn)”，即“自鄙”和“自矜”。自鄙，就是總覺得自己臨摹或創(chuàng)作的作品存在諸多缺陷，感到不滿意；自矜，就是很得意、很滿足于自己的書寫。孫過(guò)庭進(jìn)一步認(rèn)為，“自矜者將窮性域，絕于誘進(jìn)之途；自鄙者尚屈情涯，必有可通之理”，意思是自滿者容易走到頭，堵塞了自身前進(jìn)的道路；而自感不足的人能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)自身問題，一定會(huì)找到通向成功的門徑。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 道理是顯而易見的。在書法這條路上，如果覺得自己已經(jīng)夠好了，那自然就不會(huì)再去深究去改進(jìn)，進(jìn)步也就停止了。相反，如果總能看到自己書作里的毛病，而去琢磨如何解決這些問題，這種不滿足、找問題的心態(tài)，恰恰是推動(dòng)自身不斷前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 那么，怎樣才能不斷地發(fā)現(xiàn)自己作品中的問題呢？這需要在書法臨創(chuàng)之路上勤修自省之功。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 一、對(duì)照法帖找差距。臨摹經(jīng)典名帖，完成一幅后，養(yǎng)成認(rèn)真與原帖對(duì)照的習(xí)慣?？疵總€(gè)字的用筆、結(jié)體對(duì)不對(duì)？不僅看單字，還要看章法布白、字行關(guān)系的處理，看整幅氣韻如何？這種直接的對(duì)比，是發(fā)現(xiàn)自己不足最有效的方法。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 二、認(rèn)真分析抓根本。對(duì)某字、某行、某幅不滿意，不能只停留在直接的觀感上，而要分析具體原因：是筆法問題，中側(cè)鋒運(yùn)用不當(dāng)，提按轉(zhuǎn)折沒處理好？還是結(jié)構(gòu)問題，重心不穩(wěn)，部件比例失調(diào)？或是章法問題，行氣不通，字行關(guān)系處理不當(dāng)？……等等，找到具體問題所在，才能有針對(duì)地練習(xí)改正。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 三、冷靜觀察尋不足。寫完一幅字，即刻往往看不清問題，不妨放一放，過(guò)幾個(gè)小時(shí)或隔天再看，這時(shí)容易看出問題所在。啟功大師常常把自己寫的字懸掛起來(lái)，反復(fù)觀察反思，尋找不足之處，在后續(xù)創(chuàng)作中加以改進(jìn)。這種通過(guò)自我審視和反思提高技藝的方法值得后人學(xué)習(xí)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 四、縱向比較看軌跡。把自己習(xí)作按時(shí)間順序保留下來(lái)，隔一段時(shí)間，拿現(xiàn)在字與過(guò)去字相對(duì)比，看有否進(jìn)步，過(guò)去不好的方面有否改正？有沒有形成新的壞習(xí)氣？經(jīng)常進(jìn)行這種縱向比較，能清晰看到自身習(xí)書軌跡，明白哪里進(jìn)步了，哪里停滯甚至倒退，這就找到了今后努力的著力點(diǎn)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 五、多方交流聽真話。多與同道相互交流，不要只聽泛泛贊揚(yáng)，而應(yīng)期冀具體意見。同道的視角往往會(huì)觸發(fā)新的思考，朋友的某個(gè)提醒可能會(huì)擦亮自身盲點(diǎn)。對(duì)于別人提出的批評(píng)意見，不要抵觸和急于辨解，先冷靜思考是否有道理。即使批評(píng)不準(zhǔn)確也反映了別人的感受，值得琢磨琢磨。缺乏這種雅量，只能把自己封閉起來(lái)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 六、提高學(xué)養(yǎng)最關(guān)鍵。一個(gè)人的書學(xué)修養(yǎng)如何，決定了這個(gè)人的眼界和眼力。眼界開闊，方知字之好差；眼力敏銳，方能找準(zhǔn)問題。書學(xué)修養(yǎng)，既指對(duì)書法“技”之掌握，更指對(duì)書法“道”之理解，還應(yīng)包括字外學(xué)識(shí)修養(yǎng)。多讀書多實(shí)踐是提高學(xué)養(yǎng)的不二途徑。誠(chéng)如是，則學(xué)書之路定能“日日新，又日新”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);"> （撰文：吳網(wǎng)生，2025年6月）</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);
