However, the audience was already accustomed to this—her fashion style has become part of the show, a dual feast for the eyes and ears.</p><p class="ql-block">This time, she presented the "First Piano Concerto" by contemporary Finnish composer Einojuhani Rautavaara. This 1969 piece was a premiere for the San Francisco Symphony, and it was also my first encounter with this composer's name. The work is renowned for its unique style and profound emotional expression, garnering significant attention in the music world. The elderly gentlemen who had entered with canes seemed to have regained their youth, no longer needing their canes for support—everyone was revitalized, as if injected with energy. A silver-haired gentleman excitedly told me that he had already attended a performance the previous day and had specifically bought the best seats to see her again tonight.
