15px;">繼實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)老三屆下鄉(xiāng)、軍旅和廠礦三大部分美篇集成發(fā)表之后，現(xiàn)教師生涯的23部美篇向我們撲面而來。這是將原老初一到高三同學(xué)回憶合成后，徐徐展開的一幅大畫卷。到今天，尚未看到全貌，卻按捺不住先就幾個(gè)讀后印象寫上幾筆感懷祝福之語?？催^諸多美篇，總的印象是，他們都熱愛教育事業(yè)。余峰老師引用孔子的一句話說，“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如樂之者”。黃羽老師說她“非常喜歡那些天真可愛的孩子們”。當(dāng)她去學(xué)校的路上，騎車在冰上摔得身上紫一塊，青一塊，但她準(zhǔn)時(shí)站在教室門口，含滋與同學(xué)對(duì)視時(shí)，“所有的辛勞都煙消云散了”。曹景天老師，因脊髓神經(jīng)嚴(yán)重受傷而癱瘓。他不甘沉淪，以數(shù)學(xué)天賦加上異常的勤奮，終于在數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域超過了一般的研究生水平。在他家里的小屋里，用35個(gè)春秋輔導(dǎo)過超三千位學(xué)生，他是身殘志堅(jiān)“史鐵生式”的人物。高原老師上班路上，實(shí)在擠不上人群層疊的公交車時(shí)，她以強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感脫口而出，“我是老師，我要給孩子們上課”。隨著她的話語，擁擠的人們終于閃出小道讓她上車。王敏老師從教三十多年，幾次放棄抽調(diào)提升的機(jī)會(huì)。她教過的學(xué)生中有多人獲得省、市級(jí)，甚至國家級(jí)的物理競賽獎(jiǎng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)老三屆的從教者們，帶著家國情懷走上教育崗位，用博愛發(fā)電，用包容促進(jìn)學(xué)生成長，盡責(zé)盡力傳授知識(shí)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生優(yōu)秀人格，成為新一代的燃燈者，直至“帶著完整的良心退休”（黃羽語）。教育的蘊(yùn)意：教是引導(dǎo)，育是培養(yǎng)。合起來，一面引導(dǎo)學(xué)生向前走，一面培養(yǎng)學(xué)生身心的全面發(fā)展。其表達(dá)形式是，在不斷豐盈教師內(nèi)心世界和提高自身的認(rèn)知層次中，周而復(fù)始投身于育人事業(yè)。其表達(dá)的結(jié)構(gòu)是，訓(xùn)練、教育和交流。訓(xùn)練是在校的規(guī)范，如課堂紀(jì)律、軍訓(xùn)和社會(huì)公序等；教育是老師按計(jì)劃完成特定科目的教授活動(dòng)；交流是師生思想間的彼此了解融合，是相互照亮。在實(shí)際操作上，老師日日夜夜的備課、批改作業(yè)、家訪、學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)軍，到與學(xué)生文體打成一片的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中?！敖處煹乃枷胗卸噙h(yuǎn)，就能走多遠(yuǎn)”。歷經(jīng)多年的磨煉，實(shí)驗(yàn)老三屆的教師中，有的成為了學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人，有的成為沈陽市優(yōu)秀老師和骨干教師。他們與同學(xué)們一起成長，成為春色滿園的創(chuàng)造者！馮濤治服調(diào)皮學(xué)生，桑碧老師由“菜鳥”到成熟的轉(zhuǎn)化，楊哲英師從著名教授宋則行的經(jīng)歷，武新民的“在非常中追求自我超越”，唐書范的“傳承，促我成園丁，恪守忠誠”等等，憶文都很有看頭。美篇中有很多閃光之點(diǎn)，卻只能教海拾貝，恕不能一一列舉。在此，還要感謝杜平、張楓、高晶和邱薇薇等同學(xué)深刻領(lǐng)悟同學(xué)教育人生而傾心制作的美篇。 清代詩人鄭板橋在詩中說，“新竹高于舊竹枝，全憑老干為扶持”。從我校老三屆從教者的踐行看，得以窺見實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)教化的深厚發(fā)力。正如王敏說得好，“（實(shí)驗(yàn)老教師）對(duì)教學(xué)的關(guān)注，對(duì)學(xué)生的關(guān)愛，他們的品行、學(xué)識(shí)，對(duì)教育事業(yè)的忠誠，點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴溶入我的思想中，潛移默化地教育著我”。本次集采的22部美篇，就是實(shí)驗(yàn)老三屆中從事教育工作的179人事跡的生動(dòng)濃縮。我們?cè)谫澝浪麄兊能驳潞推沸袝r(shí)，從中看到了經(jīng)他們之手培育的滿天下的桃李，滿載著祖國未來的希望！</span></p>
