<p class="ql-block"> 退休以后，制定了一個三階段的旅行計劃。G20國家，非洲國家 和南極。一年后，我深深的感覺到，英語水平太差已經(jīng)嚴重的影響了我的旅行質(zhì)量。</p><p class="ql-block">After I retired, I made a three-stage travel plan. G20 countries, African countries and Antarctica. A year later, I deeply felt that my poor English level had seriously affected the quality of my travel.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 實際上，備考研究生全國統(tǒng)一考試以及讀研究生期間都曾學(xué)過了很多的英語，只因為工作幾十年沒用過英語，差不多都忘記了。能不能把英語撿回來？我下定決心，想挑戰(zhàn)一下我自己。</p><p class="ql-block">As a matter of fact, I have learned a lot of English in preparing for the national unified examination for graduate students and during my postgraduate study, but I have almost forgotten it because I have not used English for several decades. Can you pick up English? I made up my mind to challenge myself.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 我開始到大學(xué)校園里尋找英語老師。就這樣，我認識了歐蘭 . 烏納什。</p><p class="ql-block">I began to look for English teachers on college campuses. That's how I met Ollan Unash.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 歐蘭是津巴布韋人，他的父親是南非人，他母親也是津巴布韋人，歐蘭有雙重國籍。</p><p class="ql-block"> 之所以他英語講的好，是因為津巴布韋和南非都被英國殖民很多年，他從小開始一直講英語。</p><p class="ql-block">Ollan is zimbabwean, the son of a South African father and a Zimbabwean mother. Ollan has dual citizenship.He speaks English well because Both Zimbabwe and South Africa were colonized by the British for many years, and he has spoken English since childhood.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 歐蘭在成長的過程中，受到了良好的教育。從8歲開始他就在寄宿學(xué)校上學(xué)。讀高中的時候，曾擔(dān)任過高中聯(lián)合會主席。</p><p class="ql-block">In the process of growing up, Ollan received a good education. He has been at boarding school since the age of eight. When I was in high school, I was president of the high school association.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 他喜歡運動，尤其是板球?？催@張照片，前排最右邊的那個……他是津巴布韋國家板球隊的隊員。這是他參加英國U19世界杯比賽的照片。</p><p class="ql-block">He likes sports, especially cricket. Here he is at the England Under-19 World Cup.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 我們約定，他教我英語，我盡可能的教他漢語，我們相互學(xué)習(xí)，共同提高。</p><p class="ql-block">We agreed that he would teach me English and I would try my best to teach him Chinese, and we would learn from each other and improve together.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 春夏，有我們在教學(xué)樓長廊學(xué)習(xí)的身影，秋冬，也能見到我們在校園里踏雪的腳步，只要我們有時間就堅持學(xué)習(xí)。</p><p class="ql-block">In spring and summer, we study in the corridor of the teaching building. In autumn and winter, we also walk in the snow on the campus. As long as we have time, we will stick to learning.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 歐蘭是一個聰明伶俐，勤奮好學(xué)的好青年。在他的幫助下，我感覺英語提高的很快。</p><p class="ql-block">Ollan is a clever, studious young man. With his help, I felt my English improved very quickly.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 有的時候，我們也到一些他喜歡的地方玩一下，幫助他了解一些風(fēng)土民情。</p><p class="ql-block">Sometimes, we also go to some of his favorite places to play, to help him understand the local conditions.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 當時，盡我所能，多次鼓勵他好好學(xué)習(xí)，激勵他本科畢業(yè)后一定繼續(xù)讀研究生。在他的不懈努力下，如我們所愿，他的研究生已經(jīng)畢業(yè)了。去年，他在西安獲得了陜西省與非洲交流大使的榮譽稱號。</p><p class="ql-block">At that time, I tried my best to encourage him to study hard for many times and encourage him to continue his postgraduate study after graduation. Thanks to his unremitting efforts, he has graduated as a graduate student as we expected.
