class="ql-block">1927年4月12日，正當(dāng)北伐戰(zhàn)爭取得重大勝利的關(guān)頭，蔣介石在上海發(fā)動反革命政變。4月15日，廣東的國民黨右派亦進(jìn)行“清黨”，5000多名共產(chǎn)黨黨員和革命群眾被逮捕，蕭楚女、劉爾崧、熊雄、鄧培、李森、何耀全、畢磊、熊銳、鄒師貞等100多名共產(chǎn)黨黨員慘遭殺害。革命策源地廣州，霎時間已變成反革命的巢穴，處于一片白色恐怖之中。4月17日，中共廣東區(qū)委針對急劇變化的形勢，在廣州召開緊急會議，決定廣東區(qū)委遷往香港，另外成立中共廣州市委繼續(xù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進(jìn)行革命斗爭。4月22日，中共廣東區(qū)委組織部部長穆青召開中共廣州市委第一次會議，宣布中共廣州市委成立，吳毅為市委書記，周文雍為市委工委書記，徐冰如（徐文雅）任宣傳部長，麥裕成任組織部部長，季步高、羅登賢、何振武、沈青為市委委員。會議決定：一、重新整頓市區(qū)各黨支部、各工會組織工作和斗爭活動；二、關(guān)于由各黨支部核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在省港罷工和廣州市各群眾中發(fā)展問題，依照區(qū)委會議決定積極進(jìn)行工作，重新整頓和發(fā)展斗爭隊伍。廣大路廣大二巷4號4樓，既是市委機(jī)關(guān)的所在地，又是吳毅的居住地。1926年，“中山艦事件”發(fā)生后，由中共廣東區(qū)委宣傳部直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的國光書店的經(jīng)理黃國梁秘密租賃了這里。為了不引起外人的懷疑，吳毅住進(jìn)這棟民居的時候，組織上委派了市委交通員覃堅身穿廣州新娘傳統(tǒng)裙褂，假扮成吳的妻子，與吳一起住進(jìn)去。</p><p class="ql-block">中共廣州市委成立后，立即深入基層，做細(xì)致的思想工作，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各工會與官派的“改組委員”進(jìn)行斗爭，維護(hù)工人階級的權(quán)益。還秘密發(fā)動工人組成“自救團(tuán)”“義勇團(tuán)”“劍仔隊”“工人利益維持隊”等工人武裝。市委和省港罷工委員會在6月19日和6月23日，發(fā)動工人群眾舉行紀(jì)念省港罷工和“沙基慘案”兩周年紀(jì)念大會。國民黨當(dāng)局為了進(jìn)一步鎮(zhèn)壓革命力量，又于6月19日進(jìn)行第二次“清黨”，搜查工會50多處，抓捕共產(chǎn)黨黨員和工人群眾200多人。7月15日，武漢汪精衛(wèi)集團(tuán)發(fā)動了反革命政變，大肆屠殺、逮捕共產(chǎn)黨黨員和革命群眾，至此，轟轟烈烈的大革命宣告失敗。</p><p class="ql-block">大革命失敗后，為了挽救革命，中共中央于1927年8月7日在武漢召開緊急會議（即“八七會議”），確定了武裝反對國民黨反動派屠殺政策和實行土地革命的總方針。中共廣東省委和廣州市委，遵照中共中央的指示，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廣州的工農(nóng)群眾和革命士兵，組織和發(fā)動了震驚世界的廣州起義。起義失敗后，12月13日，市委全部撤出廣州，廣大路廣大二巷4號4樓宣告完成其市委機(jī)關(guān)的歷史使命。</p><p class="ql-block">廣大路廣大二巷4號4樓不僅是中共廣州市委機(jī)關(guān)所在地，也是早在中共廣州市委成立前中共廣東區(qū)委書記陳延年及組織部部長穆青、宣傳部部長任卓宣、秘書長賴玉潤的秘密居所，而且還是1927年張?zhí)撞邉潖V州起義的地點之一。“八七會議”后，中共中央委派張?zhí)兹螐V東省委書記。由于這里一直沒有暴露，又成為張?zhí)椎拿孛茏∷?927年11月25日，張?zhí)缀忘S平、吳毅三人在此召開會議，研究起義條件是否成熟和如何進(jìn)行起義等決策問題，散會后，張?zhí)自诜恐胁輸M《中國共產(chǎn)黨廣東省委員會號召暴動宣言》。到12月11日，張?zhí)锥荚诖司o張工作，策劃廣州起義，直至起義失敗。</p><p class="ql-block">圖片</p><p class="ql-block">舊址原是一幢坐北向南，磚木結(jié)構(gòu)的房子，原是一廳三房，北邊的亭子間作為廚房、廁所。現(xiàn)僅存外貌，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變化很大。2015年7月，該舊址被評定為廣州市文物保護(hù)單位。</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p
