font-size:22px;">2019年5月11號一15號，團直82炮連部分戰(zhàn)友相聚南寧，紀念對越自衛(wèi)反擊作戰(zhàn)勝利40周年。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);">會議得到老政委鄧黨成，廣西軍區(qū)司令員肖運洪，128師南寧戰(zhàn)友聯(lián)誼會秘書長馮建軍，戰(zhàn)友宋祖建等其它南寧籍首長和戰(zhàn)友的關(guān)心，幫助。聯(lián)誼會在廣西軍區(qū)招待所圓滿舉行。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; font-size:22px;">戰(zhàn)友相聚</b></p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">2019年10月27日，我們幾位戰(zhàn)友相聚廣東博羅，我把編印一本全團參戰(zhàn)老兵回憶錄和政委的意見告訴了梁潤琪主任，當即得到在場戰(zhàn)友的支持和主任的贊同。梁主任爽快的答應出面牽頭。隨后，我又把梁主任同意牽頭編書的情況向政委作了匯報。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size:22px;"> 12月2號，政委經(jīng)過勾通和慎重考慮，正式?jīng)Q定編印一本383團參戰(zhàn)老兵對越作戰(zhàn)回憶書。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74); font-size:22px;"> 隨后，我和政委，主任組建微信群，緊鑼密鼓的謀劃史書編輯籌備方案。挑選史書籌備工作人員，籌組史書籌備工作組群。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:22px;"> 12月7號，由我第一次向史書籌備工作組群，發(fā)布編印383團對越作戰(zhàn)史書的決定。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 12月9號，由梁主任向籌備工作組群發(fā)出，發(fā)動全團參戰(zhàn)老兵參與編印史書活動的通知和撰寫參戰(zhàn)回憶文章，收集作戰(zhàn)資料的指導意見。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;
