color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 對手術(shù)過程的回憶 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 1.在沒有進(jìn)入手術(shù)室之前，要先到第一程序的室內(nèi)等待。在這里需要做的事即是：術(shù)者需躺在推行床上戴上一次性帽子和口罩；由醫(yī)務(wù)人員詢問術(shù)者信息后懸掛順序牌；給術(shù)者扎上手腕針頭，懸掛好配伍好的手術(shù)用液體；所有術(shù)者等待順序進(jìn)入各個手術(shù)室。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 2.按順序推入手術(shù)室。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 3.我被推入手術(shù)室最先入耳的是悠悠纏綿的輕音樂，它能給術(shù)者一種愉悅心情，綬解術(shù)者心理壓力。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 4.上手術(shù)臺麻醉（因腰椎骨質(zhì)增生，椎間隙小，麻醉給藥近30分鐘）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 5.最熱鬧的就數(shù)實施手術(shù)了。術(shù)間只聽得電鋸聲、電鉆聲和錘子敲打聲不斷。在術(shù)前我已了解了怎樣手術(shù)的大致過程，我知道這就是對我膝關(guān)節(jié)頂端處進(jìn)行鋸切、鉆眼以及鑲嵌假體處理所做的手術(shù)。聲音此起彼伏不斷變換，猶入一個正在工作的修理車間。盡管聲音有些刺耳不是美妙的，但卻是這些白衣使者們在為患者精心雕鑿他們的作品，為患者去疾帶福的辛勞踐行。手術(shù)中還聞到了一種刺鼻的氣味，有點(diǎn)像粘接?xùn)|西的膠水味道。待手術(shù)結(jié)束后我問醫(yī)生答到，這就是用粘和劑在調(diào)和骨水泥，用于處理假體與骨胳的粘和面。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 以上這些程序進(jìn)行之后，就應(yīng)該是清創(chuàng)和縫合刀口工作了。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 這次手術(shù)除非常成功之外，還有最為滿意的，就是術(shù)后無痛感。一個劃開15公分左右的刀口，術(shù)后無痛感，是對患者精神的極大欣慰。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 這次手術(shù)主刀是黃華揚(yáng)副院長和王慶醫(yī)生、席醫(yī)生兩位助手及諸位醫(yī)護(hù)人員，我誠摯的感謝他們。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 進(jìn)水如饑似渴</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 術(shù)前一天護(hù)士告知我，晚10時后不得飲入食水。加上次日術(shù)后6個小時，共計有23個小時沒進(jìn)食水啦。個人術(shù)后最為不適的就是口干舌燥，嗓子發(fā)啞，急需喝水，現(xiàn)在的感覺飲食不如進(jìn)水重要。</b></p> <p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">　　骨科醫(yī)院病員多、床位緊張，真是“一床難求”。據(jù)我住院至今一周時間所見，當(dāng)天住院，次日早手術(shù)就出院的大有人在。我的病房三張床，一周內(nèi)就出入5名患者了。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 一室三張姓</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 現(xiàn)在我病室又相繼入住二人，一位是71歲揭陽的張大義（雙側(cè)髖關(guān)節(jié)置換）患者，另一位是69歲桂林的張理（左膝關(guān)節(jié)置換）患者，再一位就是64歲（右膝關(guān)節(jié)置換）的我嘍，所以出現(xiàn)了一室三張姓的病友。</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
