color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">學(xué)徒日記</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> </b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 一九七三年夏天的一個(gè)清晨，朝霞滿天，天剛蒙蒙亮。只見(jiàn)一個(gè)黒影，推著一輛代車子，車上裝滿了木頭，快步從廠西門(mén)出來(lái)，剛走出不遠(yuǎn)，只聽(tīng)見(jiàn)后面一個(gè)人大聲喊著:″站住，你是什么人？小偷，你膽也太大了？竟敢用代車子往家推東西？"聽(tīng)著喊聲，我停下腳步，扶著代車子站在那里。那個(gè)人快步走過(guò)來(lái)。走近一看，只見(jiàn)這個(gè)人怒氣沖沖，二目圓睜，原來(lái)是守衛(wèi)的老師傅。見(jiàn)此情景，我笑著說(shuō):″老師傅，對(duì)不起！是我錯(cuò)了，我應(yīng)該提前跟你打招呼，這不是往家偷的，我是福利處油工，我們要給新蓋的廠招待所大樓做防水，這木頭是熬瀝青用的。我?guī)煾凳撬⒂蛣煾?quot;。守衛(wèi)老師傅聽(tīng)我這么一說(shuō)，哈哈笑著說(shuō):“唉！你早說(shuō)呀，是油劉子呀，我認(rèn)識(shí)他，行了，你走吧，沒(méi)事了”。我也笑著說(shuō):″謝謝你老師傅"，我邊說(shuō)邊推著代車子往工地快步走去。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 事情原來(lái)是這樣的。我是68屆知青，71年抽調(diào)回城進(jìn)廠當(dāng)了工人，被分配到廠行政福利處，當(dāng)上了一名油工，學(xué)徒三年。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 當(dāng)時(shí)油工班有6個(gè)人，班長(zhǎng)姓劉，50多歲，江蘇人，他技朮好，人緣好，大家都親切地管他叫”油劉子"。他就是我的師傅。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 頭一天快下班時(shí)，班長(zhǎng)劉師傅領(lǐng)大家開(kāi)了一個(gè)班會(huì)，給大家安排第二天的工作。他說(shuō):″明天防水任務(wù)艱巨，因?yàn)檎写髽羌毙璺浪?，才能保證按時(shí)交工使用，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)只給我們油工班一天時(shí)間，我們一定要保質(zhì)、保量完成任務(wù)。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 聽(tīng)完了班長(zhǎng)的話。下班回家以后，我就跟父母說(shuō)了這件事。我說(shuō):″明天我想起早上班，推木頭，熬瀝青"，父母都是黨員干部，他們非常支持我。第二天早上起來(lái)，媽媽特意早起給我做了早飯，讓我吃完飯上班。因?yàn)樘靹偯擅闪粒飞蠜](méi)有行人，爸爸送我到廠門(mén)口。我到班上以后，把木頭裝上車，推著代車子出了廠西門(mén)，于是就出現(xiàn)了開(kāi)頭的一幕。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 我推著代車子來(lái)到了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，卸下木頭，鍋里放好大塊的瀝青，就開(kāi)始熬。隨時(shí)往灶膛里添木頭。時(shí)間一分一秒的過(guò)去了，5點(diǎn)、6點(diǎn)、7點(diǎn)半，我看見(jiàn)鍋里的瀝青開(kāi)始冒泡了，路上的行人也多起來(lái)了。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 不到8點(diǎn)，同志們陸續(xù)來(lái)到了工地?？粗鴿L開(kāi)的瀝青，看著我臟兮兮的臉上汗水直淌，班長(zhǎng)劉師傅親切的責(zé)怪我 ″你幾點(diǎn)來(lái)的 "，我小聲說(shuō) : "4點(diǎn) "，師傅沖我笑一笑，同志們也給我豎起了大姆指。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 緊張的防水工作開(kāi)始了。只見(jiàn)師傅用大鐵勺把滾開(kāi)的瀝青盛到大鐵桶里，然后用卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)把瀝青運(yùn)到房頂上。我們兩個(gè)人一組，一個(gè)人鋪油紙，一個(gè)人倒瀝青。防水需要油紙和油紙之間要壓上點(diǎn)邊，然后倒上瀝青，用刮板把瀝青刮平，把油紙牢固的粘在一起，才能保證不漏水。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 天太熱了，下面瀝青一烤，頭頂上太陽(yáng)一曬，我們每個(gè)人都滿頭大汗，可是，誰(shuí)也沒(méi)有停下手里的活，大家爭(zhēng)分奪秒的忙碌著，一直把房頂全鋪滿了油紙，又刮了一遍瀝青。經(jīng)過(guò)幾個(gè)小時(shí)的大干苦干，雖然每個(gè)人身上的衣服都被汗水濕透了，可是看到平整的房頂上黑燦燦的瀝青，在陽(yáng)光的照射下，泛著晶瑩的亮光，彷彿給房頂上鋪上了一層厚厚的黑地毯，那么壯觀，那么漂亮。我們?nèi)嗤鞠嗷タ粗⑿χ?，心中充滿了勝利后的喜悅！</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 學(xué)油工還有一項(xiàng)必會(huì)的技術(shù)割玻璃。我學(xué)徒三年，頭一年是17元，我攢了兩個(gè)月工資，花了28元，買(mǎi)了一把特特號(hào)的玻璃刀，我就開(kāi)始練習(xí)割玻璃。師傅教我要先溜刀口，就得多割玻璃。我就利用一切時(shí)間練習(xí)，有時(shí)候一割就是一筐玻璃條子。功夫不負(fù)有心人，一個(gè)星期下來(lái)，雖然我手上傷痕累累，可是我熟練的掌握了割玻璃這項(xiàng)技術(shù)，師付也非常滿意。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 學(xué)油工最主要的還是刷油。師付手把手教我怎樣掏囗，告誡我們每刷完一扇窗戶，要做到玻璃干凈，窗臺(tái)干凈，不能蹭到玻璃上油，不能淌的哪都是1油，埋汰扒汰地。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 要刷好油還得會(huì)調(diào)油。有的油是調(diào)合漆，直接就可以用，有的油是鉛油糕子，得用清油把它調(diào)開(kāi)，再調(diào)色。我記得師付常說(shuō)的一句話是:″調(diào)好的油，用刷子沾起來(lái)，往高處拉，要400厘米不斷線 "。另外，刷暖氣片用銀粉，刷鐵管之類的要用防銹漆。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 最危險(xiǎn)的是刷高層窗戶框油，身體全都暴露在外，蹲在窗臺(tái)上，用一只手把住窗戶框，另一只手刷。我嚇的眼睛不敢往下看，心跳的很厲害，特別害怕。師傅在旁鼓勵(lì)我 :"不要緊張，注意安全，習(xí)慣就好了"。</b></p><p><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">在師傅的言傳身教下，我逐漸掌握了油工的各項(xiàng)技能，連續(xù)幾年被評(píng)為廠級(jí)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)者。</b></p><p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;"> 光陰似箭，彈指一揮間。如今，四十多年過(guò)去了。每當(dāng)想起學(xué)徒的這段經(jīng)歷，都是我青春記憶中的美好回憶。人生旅途中，我經(jīng)歷了上山下鄉(xiāng)，接受貧下中農(nóng)的再教育，進(jìn)廠學(xué)徒，我又經(jīng)歷了接受工人階級(jí)的再教育。這使我從一個(gè)飯來(lái)張囗，衣來(lái)伸手，四體不勤，五谷不分的城市嬌小姐，成長(zhǎng)為了一名能吃苦耐勞，堅(jiān)強(qiáng)勇敢，思想過(guò)硬，滿滿正能量的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨員。我要時(shí)刻牢記黨的教導(dǎo)，不忘初心、牢記使命，永遠(yuǎn)跟黨走。</b></p> <p><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);
