white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        今天上午的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)是基于王彥教授給青藍(lán)學(xué)員們做了課堂觀察的原理與技術(shù)的理論指導(dǎo)，讓我們知道課堂觀察，是通過(guò)觀察對(duì)課堂的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行記錄、分析和研究，并在此基礎(chǔ)上謀求學(xué)生課堂學(xué)習(xí)的改善、促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展的專業(yè)活動(dòng)。不同學(xué)段與學(xué)科的老師們?cè)诶碚撝笇?dǎo)下還開展了課堂觀察工具研制與使用策略的研討，繪制出了不同學(xué)科的觀察量表。為了更好地學(xué)以致用，學(xué)部給我們安排了廣西師范大學(xué)附屬中學(xué)、桂林十八中、桂林市寶賢中學(xué)、桂林中學(xué)初中部、榕湖小學(xué)五所學(xué)習(xí)基地進(jìn)行課堂現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀摩活動(dòng)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
