-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        第六大學(xué)區(qū)非常重視這次活動，召開了專項會議。學(xué)區(qū)包保科室教師進修學(xué)校于學(xué)波副校長、趙志強主任、李忠陽副主任親自指導(dǎo)，學(xué)區(qū)長陳憲君公布了活動方案，各校校長進行了充分研討，一致通過，并成立了活動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，明確了系列活動的內(nèi)容：“我的主題我的課”魅力課堂大獎賽；“我的主題我的課”青年教師基本功競賽；“我的主題我的成果”研修組活動展示。</h3> <p style="text-align: center; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        活動歷時一個月，本次活動涵蓋了語文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語、體育、美術(shù)、音樂、心理健康等全部學(xué)科。就參與度而言，研修組全員參與，教師共經(jīng)歷了初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽三個環(huán)節(jié)，此外，全體青年教師還參加了課件及教學(xué)設(shè)計的評選活動，實現(xiàn)了校級聯(lián)動、全員參與。在組內(nèi)全員初賽、校內(nèi)擇優(yōu)復(fù)賽基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)成績每校確定2名參賽選手，共推薦了12名教師參加區(qū)域決賽活動。復(fù)賽、決賽階段僅七中青年教師聽課即達到166人次，學(xué)區(qū)參與聽課人數(shù)達500多人次。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        活動中，學(xué)區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)深入課堂，并在主題的研究、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)定、教學(xué)方法以及教學(xué)手段等方面給予了及時點評和精心指導(dǎo)。師徒結(jié)對互助，共同研究；研修組圍繞研修主題研課磨課，集中時間進行說課、評課，交流溝通；教師精心備課，充分運用多種教學(xué)手段以及多媒體，將研修主題滲透到教學(xué)設(shè)計中，注重教學(xué)情境的創(chuàng)設(shè)和課堂探究。教師教學(xué)思路清晰，多媒體運用嫻熟，展示了實際教學(xué)水平，取得了很好的教學(xué)效果。師生之間互動效果明顯，學(xué)生積極性高，課堂氣氛活躍。每位教師結(jié)合此次活動進行了教學(xué)反思。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
