white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 怎能忘，我們姐弟跟隨父母在江西萍師、高師、宜師的校園里幸福的長大。尤其在高安師范學(xué)校，簡單、快樂、無憂無慮的生活，至今記憶猶新。眼前常出現(xiàn)一幅幅美麗的畫面：年輕的父親兼職總值班，他時刻高度關(guān)注校園動態(tài)，是位大忙人；母親兼任女生輔導(dǎo)員，常在宿舍與學(xué)生促膝談心；正值小小少年品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的老大、老二帶著小不點弟妹在校園嬉戲、在圖書館借閱各類圖書畫冊；帶著小弟妹在學(xué)校食堂餐桌用膳時，為工作忙碌的父母卻常?！叭毕?。孩子們的理解和乖巧，在校內(nèi)一時傳為佳話。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 記得 六十年代初三年自然災(zāi)害時期，為了解決孩子們的溫飽問題（那時，我們姐弟四又正值生長發(fā)育期，饑腸轆轆），父親一馬當先，利用星期天，辛勞的開荒種地。父親帶著我們種下南瓜籽，栽下紅薯苗……收獲季節(jié)，領(lǐng)我們姐弟采摘豐收的果實，給我們娓娓道來“勤勞”、“自力更生”的故事，引經(jīng)據(jù)典。我們快樂地收獲著主食和精神食糧。然而，由于開荒、上山挑水澆菜等超負荷重體力勞動，父親因此也落下了腰痛病。正是：父親是頂粱柱，父愛如山！ </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 天有不測風云?！拔母铩蹦婢硶r，父母因“臭老九”遭受迫害。但他們表現(xiàn)的是一個知識分子可敬的堅守，是非分明，把隱憂埋藏在心底，傳遞給我們的仍然是樂觀和希望。下放農(nóng)村時，父母身住牛棚，心系農(nóng)民。雙親克服困難，主動為生產(chǎn)隊農(nóng)民創(chuàng)辦夜校、定期出黑板報，努力提高社員們的文化；教唱革命歌曲，開展娛樂活動，豐富生活。那時，在暗淡的煤油燈下，父親的二胡拉唱和社員們的齊唱是一道最靚麗的風景。落實政策后，父母返城社員們依依不舍，十八里相送。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 1960年我12歲，考入江西省宜春中學(xué)，編在初一（2）班，與肖老師的大女兒湘漣同班，還是好朋友，課余或周末經(jīng)常會去她家玩耍，有時還蹭飯?！安滹垺币话闶窃谙鏉i的爸爸王老師下鄉(xiāng)回來的時候。王老師在地區(qū)文教局工作，經(jīng)常下鄉(xiāng)，有時會從鄉(xiāng)下背回來一點紅薯。當時正值三年自然災(zāi)害時期，我總是和肖老師的四個孩子一起分享這難得的營養(yǎng)食品，直至今日我都愛吃紅薯。我還很愛吃醬油拌飯，有時會買醬油，用她家的油熬成醬油湯，放在寢室里拌飯，也是當時的美味?，F(xiàn)在想起來，在那個物質(zhì)極端匱乏的年代，什么都是定量供應(yīng)，食用油堪比金子還貴重，我去蹭油，是多么的不懂事。印象最深的是有一次湘漣爸爸從很遠的農(nóng)村洪江背回來一塊臘肉，記那天湘漣喜滋滋的偷偷告訴我：“我爸爸回來了耶，還帶了臘肉回來，晚上到我家去吃?！逼诖艘惶?，晚飯時我?guī)е鴱氖程梅值亩匡?，如約而至。湘漣爸爸媽媽都很高興，家里喜氣洋洋的，早已把臘肉蒸好，那肥肉透明透明的，瘦肉深紅深紅的，散發(fā)著陣陣臘肉的香味。一進門，湘漣便給我的飯上夾了一塊大大的臘肉，臘肉足有半個巴掌那么大，厚厚的。吃著臘肉真覺著像過年一樣，那個美味讓我記憶了一輩子。肖老師、王老師的大方善良也讓我記憶了一輩子。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 記得是升入高二剛開學(xué)不久，一天課外活動時，肖老師去找我，在校園400米跑道操場上面的土臺子上，肖老師很鄭重的和我談了一次話，是第一次也是唯一的一次。這次談話的主要內(nèi)容是準備推薦我到校學(xué)生會擔任文藝部長，我當時感覺特別突然，很緊張，不敢表態(tài)。于是肖老師開導(dǎo)我，叫我不要害怕，說這是一個很好的學(xué)習鍛煉的機會，也是學(xué)校對你的信任。老師的目光沉靜而溫和，我感受到了目光里的鼓勵、期許，和信任。我信心滿滿的接受了肖老師的舉薦。隨后肖老師又叮囑我好好向部長學(xué)姐學(xué)習，處理好工作和學(xué)習的關(guān)系，不要影響學(xué)習等等。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 進入校學(xué)生會后，果然工作性質(zhì)和班級文娛委員有很大的不同。毛梅芳學(xué)姐一步一步帶領(lǐng)我進入工作狀態(tài)，領(lǐng)我上電影院審核當期電影（當時認為這是老師干的事情，即新奇又自豪）；我們精確計劃使用有限的電影經(jīng)費，盡可能多的為全校師生包場看電影；組織班級文娛委員的培訓(xùn)；下到班級具體指導(dǎo)文藝節(jié)目的排練；配合學(xué)校中心工作，開展歌詠比賽等各類文娛活動。學(xué)校一年一度的年末大型文藝晚會也由我報幕。我會將整臺節(jié)目整合編排，用朗誦詞上下銜接，將簡單的報幕升華為現(xiàn)代版的主持人模型，……。第二年毛梅芳學(xué)姐畢業(yè)了，我便全面主持學(xué)校文藝部的工作，學(xué)校給我配了一位學(xué)弟張引做助手。此后參與管理、得到鍛煉的機會更多了。凡是校文娛活動方面的工作，學(xué)校都放手讓文藝部去抓去管，我們的新想法新安排學(xué)校都很支持，老師很少干預(yù)。這樣的工作平臺，鍛煉了我勤思考、有主見的獨立工作能力和組織管理能力。在當時，學(xué)校還經(jīng)常有學(xué)生參與的對外活動，很多時候?qū)W校會委派我參加并做代表發(fā)言。我的口頭表達能力、對外交往能力就是從那時起鍛練出來的，這使我受益終身。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
