羅志鴻，生于1973年，一位地地道道的新余農(nóng)民，新余市珠珊鎮(zhèn)洋津人。在進入古玩文物行當之前，他曾經(jīng)是個木雕工匠，跟著師傅做雕塑、做刻工、走南闖北，從事過有關古建筑修復方面的工作。耳濡目染之中，羅志鴻逐漸喜歡上了收藏，更喜歡收藏有關新余本土歷史文化的匾額，民俗方面的藏品。經(jīng)過十余年的苦心收藏、經(jīng)營，2017年10月舉債辦起了新余匾額博物館，致力于傳承新余的歷史，民俗文化，為保護與傳承新余的歷史文化盡一份綿薄之力。<br></b><b> 匾額，集字、印、雕、色之大成，形象記載和反映了當時的政治經(jīng)濟、文化藝術、民俗民情等。研史可當佐證，研詩可得字眼，學書可行筆髓。隨著歷史的變遷等其它原因，匾額的實物越來越少，羅志鴻看到一塊塊匾額被塵土覆蓋，或是遠賣他鄉(xiāng)，或是被隨意丟棄時，心中倍感痛惜，逐決定保護性收藏新余本土匾額。<br></b><b> 八方奔走，十年苦心，收藏的匾額有數(shù)百方之多。其中不乏有講述新余歷史、具有鮮明新余特色的匾額，如功德聲望匾（名宰相），堂號匾（奉先堂），字號匾（怡發(fā)號），科舉匾（解元），褒獎匾（奉旨恩榮），官署門第匾（郎官第、大夫第）等各種各樣的匾額。與此同時，羅志鴻還收藏了一些農(nóng)耕器具，紅色文物，民俗用品等，逐一列入館中展覽。 <br></b><b> 羅志鴻舉債高達70余萬元，創(chuàng)辦了位于新余市新欣南大道大橋旁的“新余匾額博物館”，上下兩層，總面積達到3000多平方米。對市民免費開放，也為新余市民增添了一個參觀、學習、豐富精神文化的好去處，更是利國利民，為國分憂！<br></b><b>
