昵稱:林森美篇號:56721380去年四月下旬，“做父母的苦與樂交流圈”的管理員樂老師邀我參加父母圈征文活動。我對這個圈子一點都不熟悉，五月一日午休時，我瀏覽了父母圈主持人的主頁?？吹搅艘黄庙敗赌拿昼澘淘诩o(jì)念廣場》的文章，很有感染力。文章大意是，主持人通過征文活動，借助美友的力量找到了其父母作為老戰(zhàn)士的檔案，并將他們的名字鐫刻在山東老戰(zhàn)士紀(jì)念廣場的紀(jì)念墻上。主持人寫到: 二零二二年十一月我們發(fā)起了“做父母的苦與樂交流圈”首次有獎?wù)鞲寤顒?，找到父親檔案后我寫文軍醫(yī)爸爸，參與十二月的有獎?wù)魑?，獲得了美篇頒發(fā)的“特殊貢獻獎”。主持人的父母又和思念的戰(zhàn)友們聚在了一起，終于可以~魂歸故里！我非常驚訝的是，美篇平臺，提供信息的美友，收藏主持人父親檔案的熱心人，以及山東省老戰(zhàn)士紀(jì)念廣場的同仁，四個方面必須同時協(xié)作互動，才能完成主持人的心愿，將父母的名字鐫刻在紀(jì)念廣場上，以此告慰父母英靈！我由衷感嘆，美篇的力量真是太神奇了！ 那篇美文圖文并茂，情真意切，真實感人。我當(dāng)即在評論區(qū)留言: “老師的父母令人敬佩，向您父母敬禮！老師文風(fēng)樸實，文筆流暢。”隨即點了關(guān)注。不久，主持人回復(fù)了我，并互加了美友。還在私聊框給我發(fā)來: 母愛與護理~“做父母的苦與樂交流圈”第七期有獎?wù)鞲寤顒印?lt;/b>主持人和樂老師都鼓勵我投稿，我懷著敬畏之心，認(rèn)真閱讀了征文要求，并寫了一篇《感恩母親》<a href="http://www.h-ceramic.com.cn/53dh0hrf?first_share_to=copy_link&share_depth=1&first_share_uid=56721380" target="_blank" style="font-size:18px; background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">感恩母親</a> ，于五月五日投稿至父母圈。投稿后，文章很快被加精，評論員工程兵等幾位老師對文章進行了點評。我閱讀著那些精準(zhǔn)而精彩的評語，心中感到十分溫暖。尤其是他們?yōu)槲椅恼轮鹨恢赋龅牟【洹㈠e別字和需要修改的標(biāo)點符號，更讓我對這個圈子的管理團隊充滿敬佩。 那天下午，樂老師邀請我加入父母圈的微信官方群，群里的管理人員和美友紛紛向我打招呼，歡迎我加入。我心暖意融融，決定向父母圈多投幾篇文章，以回報主持人和管理團隊對我的厚愛。五月份，我又寫了《走親戚》和《和母親一起走親戚》。?當(dāng)月，征文《感恩母親》<a href="http://www.h-ceramic.com.cn/53dh0hrf?first_share_to=copy_link&share_depth=1&first_share_uid=56721380" target="_blank" style="font-size:18px; background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">關(guān)愛</a> 下半年以來，管理人員交替更新，以識途老師，佳青老師，藍蘋果老師，橋老師，笑看云卷云舒老師，梅林臻老師，九黎子老師，和趕年老師，碑林好家長老師，人生不過三萬天老師，哪里來的飛紅老師，后衛(wèi)老師等都給了我很多鼓勵和幫助。識途老師，佳青老師，藍蘋果老師，梅林臻老師，九黎子老師，清葉老師，人生不過三萬天老師等，多次和我互動，共同探討觀點，幫我修改文章和指出存在問題，使我收獲很大。 加入父母圈時間短，我想分享兩點建議。首先，為進一步拓展與父母圈有關(guān)的話題內(nèi)容，建議每個月增設(shè)一個主題創(chuàng)作專題。這個主題可以由管理團隊成員提出，并由主持人歸納總結(jié)并確定。例如，元月可以討論在哪里度過除夕（是在父母家還是子女家），二月則可以圍繞分享過年的感悟或者收發(fā)紅包等做創(chuàng)作專題。?其次，建議管理團隊在對待美友投稿加精時，應(yīng)以鼓勵為主，對于文章中的小錯誤和錯別字不必過于追究（推薦“美篇精選”例外）。畢竟，有些美友來此是為了尋找快樂和開心的，有些美友可能不愿意多動腦筋，來美篇的目的僅僅是為了愉悅心情。半年多來，我最大的感受是主持人以身作則，傾注了全部心血，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)、勤勤懇懇、全心全意為父母圈服務(wù)。主持人領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的管理團隊齊心協(xié)力，共同為一萬三千多美友打造了一個分享做父母苦與樂的精神家園。
